To support this growth, we are looking for a Consolidation and Tax Specialist (M/F).

WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE ENTAIL?


Reporting to the Group Consolidation Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Financial Consolidation of the Group Accounts

  • Assisting with the consolidation of monthly and annual group accounts
  • Preparing review files for international subsidiaries and providing assistance for French subsidiaries
  • Supporting and reviewing IFRS adjustments
  • Contributing to the improvement of reporting processes and automation

Taxation

  • Establishing and ensuring the reliability of a Group tax reporting system:
    • Monitoring taxes and duties across all Group companies
    • Analyzing and proposing tax optimization strategies
  • Calculating and monitoring:
    • Deferred taxes
    • Payroll taxes
    • Tax credits
  • Assisting with annual tax consolidation work, including the deductibility of financial expenses
  • Supporting the implementation of required tax documentation

CSRD

  • Implementing extra-financial reporting in collaboration with the CSR Manager (data collection and structuring)


Other Responsibilities

  • Contributing to various team tasks, such as budgeting, the SAP implementation project, and M&A operations.
YOUR PROFILE

 

  • Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in consolidation and taxation (local and international), either within an international group or acquired in a consulting firm, ideally supplemented by in-house experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and IFRS, with an interest in international regulations.
  • Proficiency in English (Spanish or Chinese would be a plus).
  • Essential soft skills: team spirit and kindness.
  • Willingness to travel within France and internationally.
