STERIMED PRICE LIST FOR SERVICES

In addition to our regular list of prices, specific conditions may apply for business conditions not covered in our standard price lists.

These prices are detailed below:                                                                                                        

1 - Changes in orders                                                                                                  

Orders received and entered in our system, followed by an order acknowldgement to our customers, are considered as treated.
Any later request for change in this order shall result in the following additional fees, once feasability of change is confirmed                                                                                                

A - Order change                                                                                                           

A change to order is defined as a one time communication to Sterimed requesting to amend one specific order, identified by its order reference, on one or multiple lines.               

B - Postponement of shipment                                                                                               

STERIMED sas organizes its production according to requested ship date.

Any request to postpone shipment received less than 4 weeks from requested ship date may lead to additional costs for STERIMED sas, related to changes in production schedules & potential storage costs of raw materials or finished goods.

As a result, for every request to postpone shipment, a processing fee will be charged.

• If goods manufacturing can still be postponed, only this processing fee will be applied.
• If goods are already in production so that we could meet the initial requested ship date, an additional storage fee will also be invoiced.                                                                                                        

Storage fee will start applying from first day of calendar week after initially requested ship week.
It is cumulated per week until week of final shipment.
Packed unit is either a pallet of goods or rolls that are individually film wrapped, without pallet.                                                                                                           

C - Fast track order                                                                                                       

For urgent needs, it is sometimes possible to shorten leadtimes by reorganizing manufacturing schedules or extending opening time. 
Customers that would be in urgent need for material can contact STERIMED sas to check for conditions of supply & impact on prices.
Upcharges may have to be applied to cover costs of re-organizing manufacturing schedule, opening extra hours, sourcing additional raw materials...

Upcharge amount will be confirmed case by case, inclusive in all cases of a processing fee as per below  

2 - Changes to product naming &/or labelling                                                                                                  

Such changes can relate to non standard product naming, request for additional labels on packaging or use of non standard labels (size, content…)

In all these cases, 2 types of upcharge shall apply: creation of label design &/or product name in system, and implementation of name &/or label during production runs.
